Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions govern the use of the ContaDocu platform (the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

2. What the Platform offers

The Platform lets you create, number, store, download and share commercial, accounting, treasury, labor, legal and transport documents as PDF files, and manage third parties, products and the receivables and payables linked to those documents.

3. Nature of the documents

• The documents generated are not electronic sales invoices, electronic support documents, electronic payroll or any other electronic document validated by a tax authority (such as the DIAN in Colombia, the SAT in Mexico, SUNAT in Peru, the SII in Chile or the SRI in Ecuador). If you are required to issue electronic documents, you must do so through authorized invoicing software.
• The transport forms (waybill, cargo manifest and similar) are informational and do not replace those that must be issued in the Colombian National Cargo Dispatch Registry (RNDC) of the Ministry of Transport.
• The contracts, promissory notes, bills of exchange, certifications and other legal templates are reference models. They are not legal, accounting or tax advice; we recommend having a professional review them before you use them.
• You are solely responsible for the content of your documents, their numbering, the amounts, rates and withholdings applied and for meeting your legal, labor and tax obligations.

4. Registration and account

• You must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts, or act on behalf of someone who does.
• The information you provide must be truthful, complete and up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out with your account. Tell us immediately if you detect unauthorized use.
• You may invite other people to your companies; you are responsible for the permissions you grant them.

5. Plans, prices and payments

• The Free plan has the limits published on the pricing page and includes our own advertising and third-party advertising.
• Paid plans are contracted for prepaid periods (monthly or annual) through the Wompi payment gateway. Prices are expressed in Colombian pesos and include applicable taxes.
• When the paid period ends, if it is not renewed, the account returns to the Free plan. Your data is kept; companies that exceed the limits of the Free plan become read-only until you renew or adjust their use.
• We will issue the electronic invoice corresponding to each payment for the service.
• We may change prices with prior notice; changes do not affect periods that have already been paid.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article 47 of Colombian Law 1480 of 2011, you may exercise the right of withdrawal within five (5) business days after contracting a paid plan, except in the cases exempted by law, such as a service that has begun with your agreement. 7. Advertising

The Platform is financed in part by advertising. On the Free plan you will see our own ads (for other products of GRANFOGROUP S.A.S.) and third-party ads such as Google AdSense. On paid plans you will only see discreet ads of our own. We never show advertising inside the content of your documents and we do not share the data of your documents, customers or employees with advertisers.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the Platform to:

• Create false or altered documents, or documents meant to deceive third parties or the authorities.
• Impersonate other people or companies, or use third-party data without authorization.
• Send unsolicited mass communications (spam) or unlawful content.
• Attempt to breach the security, availability or integrity of the Platform.

We may suspend or cancel accounts that breach these terms.

9. Personal data

We process your data in accordance with our Personal Data Processing Policy. Regarding the data of your customers, suppliers and employees that you register, you are the data controller and you declare that you have their authorization where it is required; GRANFOGROUP S.A.S. acts as the data processor and uses the data only to provide the service to you, with adequate security measures and without transferring it to third parties for their own purposes.

10. Intellectual property

The Platform, its code, design, trademarks and templates are the property of GRANFOGROUP S.A.S. or its licensors. The documents you generate and the information you register are yours.

11. Availability and liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Platform available and secure, but we do not guarantee that it will work without interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or decisions made on the basis of the documents or calculations generated. We recommend that you keep copies of your documents.

12. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the My account section. Deleted companies are permanently erased after thirty (30) days, except for the information we must keep because of a legal obligation.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you of relevant changes and, where the law requires it, we will ask you to accept them again.

14. Governing law and contact
