Cookies are small files that the site stores in your browser. At ContaDocu we use them to make the application work securely and, only if you accept, to measure the use of the public pages and show third-party advertising.
Until you accept, we do not load Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or Google AdSense: your browser makes no requests to Google from this site. We use Google Consent Mode (v2) with everything denied by default.

Analytics cookies (optional)
Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*), through Google Tag Manager, helps us understand how the public pages are used. They are only activated if you accept them and are never loaded in the app, in the admin panel, on the sign-in pages, on shared or verified documents or on the reminder pause page. They last up to 2 years.
Advertising cookies (optional)

If you do not accept advertising you will only see house ads from ContaDocu, without tracking. With a paid plan you will never see third-party ads.
How to manage them
You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of the site or in your account menu inside the app. You can also delete cookies from your browser settings. Disabling the necessary cookies prevents you from signing in.
We keep a record of your choice (date, version of this policy and the options chosen; your IP address only as an irreversible code) as proof of the authorization, in accordance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012.
