This notice governs access to and use of the ContaDocu website (the "Site"), including its guides, calculators, glossary, tax calendar and blog. Use of the application is also governed by the terms and conditions.

2. Informational content

• The guides, articles, glossary and tax calendar are informational and general in nature. They are not legal, accounting, tax or labor advice for a particular case.
• The document guides are published after review by a professional, whose name and date are shown on each page. Even so, rules change: check the rule in force or consult a professional before making decisions.
• The results of the calculators are estimates made with the data you enter and with the published legal parameters (minimum wage, transport allowance, UVT, certified rates). The data you type into a calculator is processed in your browser and is not stored.
• The deadlines in the tax calendar are taken from the decree that sets them, cited on the page; in case of any difference, the official rule prevails.

3. Sample documents and templates

The PDF examples use fictitious data. The documents created with the application are not electronic invoices or other electronic documents before a tax authority, and the models of contracts and negotiable instruments are for reference.

4. Intellectual property

The brand, design, texts, calculators and software of the Site belong to GRANFOGROUP S.A.S. or its licensors. You may quote short excerpts with a link to the original page. Copying the content in bulk or using it to create a service that competes with the Site is not allowed.

5. Links to other sites

The Site links to official sources and other sites so that you can consult the full rules. We do not control their content or answer for it, and a link does not imply a relationship with their owners.

6. Advertising

The Site shows ads for our own products or those of partner companies and, on some pages, from third-party networks such as Google AdSense. Ads are identified with the "Advertising" label. The use of advertising cookies is explained in the cookie policy.

7. Liability

We try to keep the Site available and its information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or interruptions. We are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the informational content of the Site.
